Refund & Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions, in-app purchases, and your right to withdraw.

1. Subscriptions

Stylr Plus subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.
• Cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period, except as described in Section 3 below.

2. In-app purchase (IAP) packs

One-time IAP packs (such as try-on credit packs) are non-recurring purchases. Once a pack has been used, in whole or in part, it is generally non-refundable, except as required by law or described below.

3. Your right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from a digital service purchase within 14 days without giving a reason, under the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

However, this right may be lost if you expressly consent to immediate performance of the digital service (for example, immediately generating try-on results) and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. Where this applies, we will ask for this consent clearly and separately at the point of purchase, not bundled into a general checkout agreement.

Where the right of withdrawal has not been waived, you may request a refund through our contact form within 14 days of purchase.

4. Refunds processed through Apple or Google

Because purchases are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play, refund requests are, in most cases, handled directly by Apple or Google according to their own refund policies, rather than by Stylr directly. We recommend requesting a refund through:

• Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com
• Google Play: Google Play's own refund request process within the Play Store app

We are happy to support your request by confirming purchase and usage details if the platform requires it.

5. Free trials

If Stylr offers a free trial period, your payment method will be charged automatically at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it ends. We will make trial length and renewal terms clear at signup, in line with Apple and Google's requirements for trial transparency.

6. Price changes

We may change subscription prices from time to time. Existing subscribers will be notified in advance of any price increase and will have the opportunity to cancel before the new price takes effect, as required by applicable consumer protection law and app store policy.
